It all starts with a meeting to get to know each other and understand your vision. We talk about your story, your inspirations, your budget and your priorities.
Bespoke creation of the big day
Following our first meeting, we create the outline of your project (concept and atmosphere, venue and vendor recommendations and budget estimate).
Research and selection of your wedding vendors
We provide you with the best advice to select the service providers (venue, caterer, photographer, florist…) and we arrange all the meetings with them.
Planning and coordination of the service providers
Once your vendors are confirmed, we handle the reverse scheduling, budget tracking and contract management. With the Premium Pack you benefit from regular meetings throughout the planning process.
Creative direction and wedding design
Together, we collaborate closely with you on the creative direction to be sure that every detail reflects your style and vision (decoration, atmosphere, guest entertainment and personalized touches).
Wedding day coordination
We stay by your side on the Big Day to coordinate the vendors, oversee the timeline and manage any unexpected events.
Post-wedding follow-up
We wrap up your project by checking the final invoices and managing any details with the vendors.
